I bought 3 houses with Krissy and I couldn't have had a better experience! The knowledge, expertise and the simple passion that Krissy puts in every relationship and transaction is second to none. She will get you the best deal, the best price with the best conditions! I cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Krasimira through the buying and selling of four homes for me and my family — including my very first home, which felt like a miracle at the time, and truly was thanks to her. She didn’t just help me buy a house — she helped me start a life. Her dedication, honesty, and deep care for her clients go far beyond what’s expected. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but more than that, she’s one of the best people I know — someone who puts her whole heart into what she does. Whether it was navigating tricky moments or celebrating the exciting ones, she was always there with a steady hand and a kind word.I’m so grateful for everything she’s done for us over the years. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, you’re not just in good hands — you’re in the best.

Krasimira was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering questions, negotiating on our behalf, or making sure everything stayed on track, they went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with our new home—highly recommend!

It was very good experience with Krasimira... in marketing my property located at 508 NE 12th Ave, Mulberry, FL 33860 about two years ago With her expertise in, my property sales took less than 3 months to sell with reasonable profit on my part. I would therefore recommend her to any body who would want a reliable and competent individual in this regard.Sincerely,Luis Mizquiri

Working with Krissy was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. She did such an amazing job that I used her three times for myself and I refer her every time to family and friends. She helped me set a realistic budget, connected me with a great lender, and negotiated an amazing deal on my new home. Krissy was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and offer honest advice. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Just sold my home with Krissi and couldn’t have had a better experience. Super organized, perfect communication, and a strong knowledge of the market got us showing on Day 1. When our first offer fell through, Krissi had us another offer in hours. I would never use anyone else in Olrando.

Excellent local market knowledge and Florida real estate in general. Very helpful and honest. Will recommend to anybody who wants to buy a house in Florida.

Krisi is my go to person for all matter RE investment. She is super hard working, curteous and an overall expert in all RE matters. Recently she helped me sell one of my investment property in the midst of pandemic down market but still able to close quickly and getting me most competative $. I highly recommend.
